At DW / Drunken Weights, every piece is individually handcrafted in Las Vegas. Because of the unique and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or other non-defect reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect OrderS

We carefully inspect and package every DW piece before shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at drunkenweights@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and its original packaging.

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement or refund, when appropriate and subject to applicable law.

Handmade Variations

Every DW piece is made by hand, which means no two pieces are exactly alike.

Small variations in color, resin, texture, bottle-cap placement, bubbles, or other handcrafted details may naturally occur.

These variations are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered production or preparation, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Refunds

When a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, it will be issued to the original payment method.
