At DW / Drunken Weights, every piece is handcrafted in Las Vegas and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Because our products are handmade, certain pieces or special orders may require additional preparation time. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at drunkenweights@gmail.com with your order number.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

Damaged Packages

Every DW piece is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving us.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

• A brief description of the damage

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

If you experience a significant delay, contact us and we will help you investigate the shipment.
